-Schedule of Events will be posted online soon. Growl will be on Friday evening. Banquet on Saturday evening.
-Hotel check in at 1500.
-No name tags or credentials will be issued.
-All MODD Fleas are invited and welcomed to attend.
-No charge for the Hospitality Room. Donations welcome. Opens on Thursday. Time to be announced.
-Workshops are open to all. Spouses are welcomed to attend.
-All Dogs are welcome to attend the Growl. Pups, DDs and PDDs.
-No formal uniforms. Pcutter, Passport and MODD Collar only thing required to attend the Growl.
-There will be no Initiations or Advancements at the Growl.
-No uniforms or Pcutters for the buffet style Banquet. Shirt with collar and slacks.

$139.00 plus tax per night. Includes continental style breakfast in the Hospitality Room. (Fri-Sun)

Friday lunch is being provided by the St. Louis BBQ Society. Pulled Pork with the fixins at no charge!

-Electric scooters not available in the hotel. Please go to https://stlouismo.mobilitycity.com/ for a rental.
-Refrigerators in each room.
-microwave in snack shop next to front desk.
-Free Wi-Fi in room.
-Service animal’s welcome. No fee for Service animals. &75.00 non refundable fee for nonservice animals.
-Ice machines available.
-Free shuttle service to and from airport, Terminal 1 or 2, every 30 mins from 6 am – 11 pm. (Sheraton Westport Chalet)
-Free Parking.
-Room to park RVs in the parking lot. No RV hookups.
-14 Restaurants/bars within the complex. All easy walking distance from the hotel.
-Patches for the Gathering, will be available for pre-order at $5 each until 9/01/23 (Patches may not be available at the Gathering.)
-No special coins or shirts will be made for the Gathering.
-All Dogs advised to wear some type of glasses during the Growl as Nerf Guns will be prevalent.
-There will be a quest speaker at the banquet.
-Everyone asked to bring beverages to donate to the Hospitality Suite. No charge for the Hospitality Suite.
-Hospitality area will have snacks and drinks. Donations welcome.
-The Workshops attendance will be voluntary. This will allow more social time for all attendees.
